1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PsychPrep (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. PsychPrep is operated for educational purposes to help UGC NET Psychology aspirants practice for their examinations.
2. Use of the Platform
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- You may not attempt to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the question content without written permission.
3. Question Content & Intellectual Property
The previous year questions (PYQs) used on PsychPrep are sourced from publicly available NTA examination papers. The Platform's interface design, code, analytics features, and organisational structure are the intellectual property of PsychPrep. You may use the content for personal study only — not for commercial redistribution.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to circumvent platform security measures. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
PsychPrep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all question content is error-free or perfectly aligned with the current exam syllabus. The Platform is a practice tool and does not guarantee success in the UGC NET examination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of exam data due to browser cache clearing or device changes.
7. Payments & Refunds
Currently, PsychPrep is free to use. When paid plans are introduced, specific payment terms and refund policies will be published and will form part of these Terms. No payment is required to access the current features of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PsychPrep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
